Very well priced no-frills 2.5 Star hotel in a desirable location, on quiet soi just off the beach. Rooms aren’t exactly luxurious but they are spacious and kept very clean and include a full size fridge offering modestly priced minibar selections. Bed was a little to hard for my taste, There is a balcony with a sink, amenities is a small pool area which looked nice enough but I didn’t use. No lift, The one negative other than that I could think of is that rooms did not have blackout curtains. Staff is very friendly and competent. Bear in mind that while this hotel is guest friendly it is not ladyboy friendly. Have a look below for the pictures I have personally took during my stay of the room and hotel amenities.

Back in my room with a Thai girl from Insomnia Disco on Walking street. I am glad to confirm that the Baan Sila Hotel has no joiner fee and is very guest friendly! Only limitations is if you want a second girl over in the room, then it’s an extra 300 THB

Basic bathroom with Thai style wet room shower & few toiletries
Kettle with instant coffee and water is also provided
Room safe is very small and can only fit smaller items like wallet, phone & camera
My room was in the back of the hotel and had a small balcony just besides Tipp Plaza
