The Bella Vista Hotel & Residence is a clean budget 2-star hotel located between Soi 8 & 7, which means all of the local nightlife just at your doorstep, expect dozens of beer bars all staffed with screaming bar girls shouting “hello welcome sexy man” at different intervals as soon as you pass by, thumping beats from rock acts and open mike karaoke. Rooms are tired but kept clean, furniture has seen better days but all the basic amenities are covered: TV, A/C, Minibar, fresh towels and linen, hot water was good most of the time. Plenty of sounds from the nearby bars until at last 1 am due to the live bands playing. This hotel provides a decent value for travelers on a tight budget, just don’t be expecting the Ritz… Have a look below for the pictures I have personally took during my stay of the room and hotel amenities.

Few hours laters back with a beer bar girl from Soi 8 to test their guest friendly policy, I can confirm there’s no joiner fees at the Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence
At around 30$ a night, the standard rooms of the Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel are quite basic
While you really can’t complain for what you get considering the price and location, there’s one thing missing from the wardrobe (the safe) which are only available at the reception
Amenities of the Standard room also include an old school TV and small minibar
You’ll find a few avaible snacks are in the mini-bar area

As you’d expect for the price bathrooms are very simple consisting of a wet room
There still are a few free toiletres found inside the bathroom
Rooms have a small balcony overlooking a small beer bar area just between Soi 7 & Soi 8
