The Seven Zea is a small cozy boutique hotel that opened for business in 2012, as it’s just a few years old everything is still in excellent condition. The highlight of the property is their rooftop pool on the 8th floor, complete with infinity edge, sun tanning terrace and bar. Really a great place to soak up the sun and enjoy great views over Pattaya Bay. The rooms, which start at 32 sq.m. are very clean featuring a minimalist modern design with a nice floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include minibar is provided along side with 32″ Flatscreen TV, desk and wardrobe. Joiners are very welcomed here and actually the rate to have a second girl overnight is quite acceptable at 300 THB. Location is very quiet on Soi 5 as bars have yet to open along it so you are sure to get a good nights sleep. This doesn’t mean there’s no fun to be had in it’s direct vicinity with Soi 6, one of most well known beer bars zones in Pattaya, less than 5 minutes away. Beach is even closer, just 2 minutes walk, Walking street is a longer run, and will take you a good 30 mins to get there on foot but by hopping on the 1st public baht bus you can see that trip will be cut down to around 10 mins.
The Seven Zea Chic Hotel Guest Friendly Policy: Dear Sir, You can bring one girl back at a time, free of charge but more than one girl in the room will be charged 300 baht extra.

Of course, quickly came the time to test their joiner policy and after a short walk along Beach road I came back with this Lao girl for a little short time action. All is good, The Seven Zea Chic Hotel is indeed certified to be Guest Friendly!
Furniture is a little spartan, the only thing you have in the bedroom portion is a work desk with chair, TV and mini-bar. Could do with an extra chair & side table
