The LK President is new hotel that’s recently been opened in 2016, this high rise is quite easy to find as it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area. Like with all the other hotels of the LK branch, they aim to make the design very palatial and grand with marble tile floors and 20 foot ceiling. Location on 3rd road could be a letdown for some, but it’s actually not that bad and even quite central once you get acquainted with the neighborhood, as Soi Buakhao, Soi Diana & Soi LK are just 5 minutes walk away. Amenities include a swimming pool, which is relatively small and located at the ground floor, a sauna and a basic gym with all you need to do some light exercise.
Rooms again are your typical LK style, old fashioned but spacious, furniture was new and of good quality, room control center next to bed, bed itself was super comfy, flat TV offers a wide variety of channels, really nothing much to complain about, bathroom good, plenty of hot water available for the shower, try and ask for a room on the highest floors they offer some spectacular views.
