If you are looking for a hotel smack in the middle of everything, the Sandy Spring’s prime location on Soi 13 is really hard to beat. Just a 2-3 mins walk gets you to either beach road or Pattaya 2nd road and within less than a 10 minutes stroll you can access all the best than Pattaya has to offer: Walking street, Soi LK Metro, Central Festival and Soi 7&8.
While the Sandy Spring will meet most people’s basic need and the staff are wonderful, the majority of their rooms do feel dated and stuck somewhere in the ’90’s which does not make them terribly attractive. Luckily I’ve noticed some renovations have been going on recently and they now also offer a newer category of deluxe and standard rooms that have been remodelled and look much better. Hopefully within a year or two all the rooms go through this process. Hotel amenities include a pool area on the 3rd floor that gets generous amounts of sunshine every day from where you can order drinks and food. The Sandy Spring owner has expanded over the years due to popularity opening the more modern on “Sea Me Spring”, “Sea Me Spring Too” and “Sea Me Spring Tree”.
